Associate Learning and Development Consultants

We are seeking Associate Learning and Development Consultants, to join our Global Network.

If you feel you have some or all of the following – please contact us:

Significant experience in high quality training delivery and facilitation;
Ability to create confident and successful learning solutions which are practical and creative and meet the needs of our clients;
Ability to demonstrate up to date and latest thinking and practice around learning design methods (i.e.: high level and detailed designs together with materials development);
Experience in the design of learning architectures, using multiple methods and formats of delivery and across different levels of organisations and learners;
Confidence and credibility to consult with a range of clients at all levels, advising on the ideal learning solution for their business need;
Ability to work with, help and support clients to apply and sustain learning in the workplace and to measure the results and communicate the impact;
Experience of working on international and cross cultural projects
